This class introduces the foundation of yoga practice: physical poses, breathwork and meditation. Experience step-by-step yoga instruction while learning the mechanics of breathing and relaxation. As you begin to relax the mind, you will become more aware of your body, helping you to develop both strength and flexibility. Your instructor will demonstrate each pose while breaking down the elements of the poses for beginner students.
