Every year one-of-a-kind ornaments are made by ordinary Americans, representing every U.S. state, territory and the District of Columbia for the 95th annual National Christmas Tree Lighting in Washington, DC. This year ArtisTree staff had the opportunity to create the ornaments to represent Vermont.

To understand why we are so enamored with giving gifts, it is important to go back in time to find the origins of this unique form of expression that makes us so human.

2017 is the inaugural year of this event and ArtisTree is delighted to be a part of it. We are excited to share our studio and let people see what they can do with a pound of clay.
